●Doing first line maintenance service call for all kinds of retail stores (MacDonald, Sobeys, Superstore, La Sanza, Suzy, etc) for their hardware and software problems, like POS (point of sales), POS servers, wireless ordering devices, printer, touch screen, scanner, electrical scales, router and modem, cable connection, switch, etc.

●Troubleshooting and fixing problems through the phone.

●Doing maintenance service call for ATM (RBC, CIBC, Credit Union) in HRM, like installing OS and ATM application,

●Building up local network connect from ATM to the ATM manager center, diagnosing and solving ATM hardware problem, update ATM up to date information to the banks’ call center.

●Replace the hardware parts for ATM and its computer core. Reload / upgrade OS and software for each parts of the ATM
