Web developer/Graphic Designer:

n        Using FrontPage Design and build web page frame.

n        Using Photoshop design graphic.

n        Using Flash design motion picture.

n        Using Jommla doing background management for websites.

n        Ftp/http server build and management

n        Database (mySQL, Access, Excel) management and link.

 

Computer Hardware:

n        Assembles, installs and configures hardware, including: cores, monitors, printers, scanners, and all kinds of network infrastructures.

n        Configures settings for all kinds of computer parts, make them work under good condition.

n        Troubleshoots computers’ problems, network problems, and all kinds of hardware problems.

n        Formats and Partitions hard drives. Installs operation systems and other software, including Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, Xp, vista, Windows CE.

n        BIOS and CMOS setup, manage computers hardware resources, first line security, memory distribution, boot sequence.

n        Installs and configures drive for all hardware, make sure all parts works well. Including video card, mother broad, network card, printers, scanners, USB drivers, and so on.

Computer Software:

n        Operations Systems: Dos, Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, VISTA, CE.

n        Configures system setting, manage system resources, define secure options, define users rights.

n        Configures firewall for operations systems. Permits/restrict incoming and outgoing stream within local network.

n        Configures and update anti virus software, keep local network safe and clean.

n        Installs, configures, and using MS office suit. Completely familiar with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power point, Front Page, Visio.

n        Builds up and manage database, writing all kinds of queries, links. Back up database.

n        Develops web sites, designs and builds web pages, processes graphics, make motion pictures.

n        Builds up and manage FTP/Http server, update/backup files and information. Define users’ rights to server.

 

 

Engineering:

n        Cabling, wiring, and Building office infrastructure integration.

n        Power circling, infrastructures calibrating, testing.

n        Install/remove/relocate/replace infrastructures and electric hardware.

 

Customer Tech Support:

n        Troubleshooting/fixing problems through the phone or go on site.

n        Trust moment management, makes customers trust me and help them with their problems. Builds up good relationship with customers.

 

Other important skills:

n        Continues learning: 4 year university study on Computer Information System provide me with strong academic knowledge, 3 years IT field working experiences provide me with knowledge of all kinds of computers hardware and software. I am very easy to learn new technology.

n        Projectors management: Communication, planning, researching and designing skills. I was a web developer before, this work experiences make me willing to acquire customers’ options, and planning/designing/building projectors.
